Terms of service

1. Acceptance
By accessing bounce.global or using any of our services, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service. Commercial customers also enter into a separate Master Services Agreement which prevails over these Terms.
2. The service
bounce.global provides a modular platform for corporate travel booking, expense management and ERP integration. We may update features and workflows as the product evolves; material changes affecting paying customers are notified in advance.
3. Accounts & access
You are responsible for the activity under your account and for keeping your credentials safe. Admins are responsible for the users and policies they configure inside their workspace.
4. Acceptable use
- No unlawful, fraudulent or infringing use of the service.
- No reverse-engineering, scraping or interfering with service availability.
- No sharing of accounts across identities except as allowed by your admin.
5. Payment
Pricing and billing terms are set in the applicable order form. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. Taxes are additional unless stated otherwise.
6. Data
You retain ownership of the data you upload. We process it to deliver the service in accordance with our Privacy policy and any Data Processing Addendum signed with you.
7. Third-party inventory
Travel inventory (flights, hotels, trains, etc.) is provided by third parties and governed by their own fare rules, cancellation terms and liability limits. We surface those terms at booking.
8. Warranties & liability
The service is provided on an "as is" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is capped at the fees paid in the 12 months preceding the claim, and we exclude indirect, incidental and consequential damages.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate for material uncured breach. Upon termination, access to the platform ends; export of your data is available for 30 days.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Italy, with exclusive jurisdiction in the courts of Milan — unless an order form specifies otherwise.
